Community Asphalt Corp provides services including grading and paving, pavement milling, surveying, excavation, on- and off-road hauling, drainage, utilities, base finishing, and highway sweeping.

They also have engineering contracting and design/build services, for which their major projects have included parking lots, industrial and retail complexes, and airport runways.

The company has been around since 1980, and works currently out of 3 asphalt plants in the southeastern Florida coast.

They also have a limestone quarry and a fleet of dump trucks.

Obrascón Huarte Lain (OHL) purchased a controlling interest in the company in 2006.
